You are reserving time that cannot be replaced. We require that you make reservation changes or cancellations in advance as follows:
Styling Services
24-hours before your appointment. 50% fee for changes made MORE than 4-hours before your reservation. 100% fee for changes made within 4-hours of your reservation.*
Color Services
48-hours before your appointment. 50% fee for changes made 1-day before your reservation. 100% fee for changes made on the day of service.*
Perms/Long services
72-hours before your appointment. 50% fee for changes made 2-days before your reservation. 100% fee for changes made on- or 1-day before your service.*
No Show
No Show fee—100% of scheduled services. There are no fee for emergencies or illness. Please calls us at your earliest convenience.*
