Make a reservation

We prefer phone reservations. Email requests must contain a date and time range and are subject to us contacting you. We do not work with third party reservation companies so all reservations MUST be made directly with Cowlicks Japan.

Day of Service

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may reschedule your appointment and you may incur a late or No Show fee.*

Same Day Reservations

If you make a same day reservation and call on the same day to cancel or change the appointment, we ask that you call at least 1-hour before or a 50% fee may apply.*

Late Arrival

Running late? Please call us as soon as possible. Do not email us. If you are more than 10-min late we may cancel your reservation and charge you a late or No Show fee.*
