If you are not pleased with our services and we determine that we failed to meet our agreement or some other problem exists, we will make all effort to adjust the work at no cost. However, you MUST contact us within 7-days of the original service date to request the correction.
If the service was done correctly and you change your mind and want us to change it; contact us within 7-days of the original service date and if possible, we will make arrangements to adjust it and may offer a discounted rate. The rate and discount to be determined by us.
